Enjoy watching our clubs & societies perform, great music and DJ sets, in our first day of Astonbury. (Doors open 14:00).
DAY 2 – ALL DAY
12:00 to 16:30
All Are Welcome FREE event open to all including under 18s. Enjoy a fun packed afternoon full of activities and music. (Doors open 12:00).
18:00 to 23:00
The Big Show is open to all Aston students/staff/alumni/guests. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. (Doors open 17:30).
All paid tickets include a £10 meal voucher (food and soft drink), valid at any vendor! One time use only.
Terms and Conditions for a Safe and Enjoyable Event:
Our primary objective is to create an atmosphere of happiness and safety for all attendees. Your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines is crucial to ensuring a successful and enjoyable event for everyone.
1. Safety and Enjoyment:
Embrace the opportunity to enjoy the event responsibly, prioritising the well-being and happiness of all participants.
2. Alcohol Policy:
Kindly refrain from bringing outside alcoholic beverages to comply with campus regulations. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from authorised vendors during the event.
3. University Disciplinary Policy:
Strict adherence to the university's disciplinary policy is mandatory. Any behaviour violating campus rules or disrupting the peaceful atmosphere will be addressed accordingly.
4. Right to Deny Entry:
The event organisers reserve the right to deny entry to any individual at their discretion. This decision may be based on various factors, including but not limited to, capacity restrictions, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with event guidelines.
5. Use of Facilities:
We have made adequate arrangements for your comfort and convenience, including restroom facilities. Please utilise these facilities responsibly and help us maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
6. Zero Tolerance towards Anti-Social Behaviour:
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of anti-social behaviour, harassment, vandalism, or disruptive actions. Such actions will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event, followed by appropriate disciplinary action.
7. Nitrous Oxide: Strict Prohibition:
The use of nitrous oxide or any other illicit substances is strictly prohibited at the event. Any individual found in possession or under the influence of such substances will be immediately escorted out, and further consequences may apply.
8. Responsible Behaviour:
We kindly request that you practice responsible behaviour during the event. This includes disposing of litter properly, respecting the natural environment surrounding the venue, such as the lake and its inhabitants, and refraining from any actions that may cause harm or discomfort to others.
9. Dealing with Illegal Activity:
Any observed illegal activity will be promptly reported to the authorities. Full cooperation with law enforcement agencies will be ensured, and individuals engaging in illegal activities will be held accountable by the law.
10. Guests
All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Any guests who only have an “All are welcome ticket” for day 2 will be asked to leave the venue at 17:00 on 08/06/2024. Please note that guests should be accompanied by an Aston student, staff member or previous student to attend this festival. We have the right to refuse entry to those who are unable to show an Aston student/staff ID or have no affiliation with Aston.
11. Refund Policy
All Tickets for this event are non-refundable. However, if you have set up a payment plan and wish to cancel your ticket(s) before completing the second payment, you may do so, but any payments made up to that point are non-refundable. All tickets are non-transferable.
Payment Plan Terms and Conditions:
1. Initial Payment: By selecting the payment plan option at checkout, you agree to pay 50% of the total ticket price immediately upon purchase. This initial payment secures your ticket(s) for the event.
2. Second Payment: The remaining 50% of the total ticket price will be automatically debited from the same account used for the initial payment on.
3. Payment Failure: If the second payment attempt is unsuccessful due to insufficient funds or any other reason, you will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. You will have a grace period to rectify the payment failure and complete the remaining balance. Failure to do so within the specified grace period may result in the cancellation of your ticket(s) without refund. Failure to make a final payment by 06/06/2024 will result in the cancellation of your ticket(s) without refund.
4. Ticket Price: Tickets purchased via the payment plan option will be charged at the ticket price, plus any applicable booking fees.
5. Ticket Delivery: E-tickets will be issued to the email address associated with your account once the final balance has been successfully received.
6. Cancellation Policy: Tickets purchased through the payment plan option are non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel your ticket(s) before completing the second payment, you may do so, but any payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
7. Change of Payment Method: You are not able to edit the method of payment you initially opt for.
8. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
By selecting the payment plan option at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
